I began working with Jeanie as trauma was tearing me apart. Trauma had already ravaged my body. I would come to learn trauma had silently and progressively ravaged my mind, heart, and relationships for decades. We initially discussed food, cravings, exercise, etc., and I wondered when I would lose weight! Little did I know how much weight, the weight of trauma, I needed to lose. Jeanie walked with me during many moments of extraordinary pain as Holy Spirit began to peel back layer after layer of trauma. In the process, Jeanie’s holistic approach to healing transformed me—all of me. The healing in my mind, body, and heart is far too intensely personal to articulate here. I will say I sleep well for the first time in decades. I can feel my emotions, both good and bad. I’ve lost 70 pounds and reversed my diabetes. The loss of 70 pounds is not the mic drop moment. The loss of living each day in fear, bound by trauma, is the mic-drop moment. Life as a survivor of trauma may never become easy, but Jeanie helped me see how to live it abundantly.

When I started this journey, I had no idea what I was in for. Did you know your body sends signals to you that you are full, hungry, or better yet, “Don't eat that!"? I have learned to listen to what my body wants and needs (once I tuned in per se.) In doing this, I cut back my eating by 60%. I feel so much better and I look forward to meals (before I ate because I had to) and exercise. If you are ready to get off the "diet" roller coaster, Jeanie is the girl to see!

Prior to meeting with Jeanie my priorities were out of alignment. I needed help navigating life as a single mom raising 3 kids, balancing two part time jobs, one being an associate pastor. I was just keeping my head above the water. I am so grateful for her, she is a true gift, the whole package, and jam packed with so much wisdom, knowledge, love, and understanding. She leads with gentleness and honor. I left each session feeling heard, lighter, and gaining insight on how to re-align and adjust practically. Through some initial sessions it was evident that my main focus needed to be at home in order to heal the relationships with my children. I put in my needed work and continue to and have seen major breakthrough in each of my kids. I can’t thank Jeanie enough and will continue to work with her in order to keep growing, improving myself, my character, my family and my legacy so I can walk confidently in the call God has on my life!

I found my short block of on-line sessions incredibly refreshing. Jeanie was sensitive to my needs and to the Holy Spirit’s direction. The healing I received was astonishing as it flowed in a direction that I could not have anticipated. This made it feel genuine, personal and not formulaic.
